Aquaculture industry veteran joins INVE Aquaculture

INVE Aquaculture (part of Benchmark) appointed Thomas Raynaud as product manager for fish diets. With nearly two decades of experience in the aquaculture field, Thomas brings a wealth of expertise spanning research, hatchery operations, strategic marketing, product management, and business development.

Thomas's career in the aquaculture industry has been marked by a remarkable trajectory. He embarked on his career in research and hatchery operations, which paved the way for his transition into strategic marketing, product management, and business development roles.

Over the course of his career, Thomas has accumulated valuable insights from diverse regions worldwide. Particularly, Thomas has established himself as an expert in the marine fish industry in Asia. Hailing from France, Thomas is making the move to INVE Aquaculture from ADM, where he has contributed significantly to the industry. He started his new role with INVE on August 21, 2023.

As product manager for fish diets, Thomas will play a pivotal role in shaping INVE's product portfolio strategy within the context of the company's vision and broader market strategy. With his extensive background and vision, INVE looks forward to his dynamic contributions and anticipates further advancements in the fish feed portfolio under his guidance.

Thomas's responsibilities include defining the product portfolio strategy to align with market needs and company objectives; nurturing a culture of innovation by generating and developing new ideas for product offerings; leading the launch process for new products, and collaborating closely with innovators and stakeholders; and guiding product lifecycle management, incorporating customer feedback and internal stakeholder input.
