Located near Paxson, a 3-hour scenic drive from Fairbanks, the non-profit team is dedicated to ethically and professionally optimizing salmon production for all user groups.

PWSAC is looking for an experienced professional to lead its Pacific Sockeye (Red) salmon hatchery operations. The candidate will oversee all aspects of hatchery operations, including fish culture, personnel management, safety and compliance, and budgeting. A deep understanding of fish hatchery operations, aquaculture practices, and a proven track record of strong management skills are required.
