After the successful Asian Pacific Aquaculture 2016 meeting in Surabaya, the organization decided to hold the event again in Indonesia in 2021. APA21 will be held at the Grand City Hall in Surabaya from September 7 – 10, 2021.

International stakeholders will discuss the latest developments in the aquaculture industry in these challenging times and the rapidly expanding international aquaculture industry in Asia and the rest of the world. At the same time, APA21 will also create a great opportunity to explore, engage, share knowledge and meet potential business partners around the world, as well as enjoy touristic attractions and destinations in Indonesia such as Bali beaches, visit Mount Bromo, Ijen Crater in East Java, etc.

Organized by the World Aquaculture Society – Asian Pacific Chapter and hosted by the Ministry of Marine Affairs & Fisheries (MMAF), APA21 will include IndoAqua, FITA, SCI, ICAI-MAI and DigiFish under the topic “Bridging Technology Innovation to Elevate the Sustainable Aquaculture Industry.”
