Thai feed company, Inteqc Holding Co Ltd, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with India's Oceanaa Biotek Industries Ltd., (OBIL) to form a joint venture to build a shrimp feed manufacturing plant at the Chennai-Nellore Highway.

IOBI, a farm-to-table shrimp supplier, say's on its website it aims to set up a multiplication centre for Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) broodstock of P.Monodon and P.Indicus, to supply hatcheries in India. Currently Indian hatcheries depend on imported SPF broodstock. Established in 1993, Inteqc Holding Co Ltd, Intecq supplies a broad range of animal feed, pet food, shrimp and fish feed.
